ATS Specialized Training

Why Choose ATS Specialized

Our Philosophy

When you choose to do business with someone else, what do you look for? This is what we look for - Quality, Integrity, and Pride. This is the motto of Associated Training Services (ATS). Why is this our motto? This is our motto because we treat people how we would like to be treated.

As a family business that began in 1959, we have always looked at our school over the long term. The Klabacka family has always followed this basic principal and we have instilled the same dedication to quality, integrity and pride into the staff of professionals who help us fulfill our mission. We never put short term gain ahead of our long term goals. And our long term goal is to have all of our customers very satisfied with the work we have done for them.

Instructional Staff

The product of ATS is education and training. Education and training is delivered by teachers or instructors. The quality of the education and training is directly related to the quality of the instructors. At ATS, we strive to hire and train the best instructors in the business.

What makes a good instructor?

  1. Knowledge of the subject matter.
  2. Experience in the industry which pertains to the subject matter.
  3. Communication skills.
  4. Confidence in the subject matter.
  5. Patience and understanding.

These are the skills and qualities ATS requires of its instructors. In addition to instructor qualifications, ATS maintains a strong in-house staff development program and encourages all instructors to pursue additional education during their employment.

The ATS headquarters located in Wisconsin also employs a National Training Director and National Safety Director who oversee the curriculum delivery and safety practices.

The key to our success: Give the customer what they need.

In the case of an employer, the needs may fall into a wide spectrum of equipment, skills, and knowledge. The needs of the employer can also vary widely based on the type of work you do, the environments you operate in, the regulations you must follow, and the needs of your customers. This is why customized training and specialized curricula designed to meet the employer's needs have become a crucial part of the ATS organization. These training programs can fulfill regulatory requirements, insurance requirements, or greatly enhance the productivity and safety consciousness of your workforce.
